Standard lager

Fermented in plastic fermenter with air lock, no temp control or pressure
Initially tasted terrible with lots of off flavours…thought it might be a throw away. Took it out of the fridge and left for 2 weeks, now very drinkable! Will try this recipe again with temp and pressure control
