Cervesa bona, pero millorable. El color no acaba de ser del tot negre, es queda a mità camí entre una cervesa torrada i una negra. El gust es bo i fàcil de beure, però crec que massa amarga, amb menys amargor estarà més bona. La garrofa amb 44gr no es nota, caldrà provar afegir un poc més. L'aroma es molt bo, però a lo millor cal provar un llúpol que s'adapte millor a maltes torrades.
