Clarity Ferm addition = 200mL per 10bbls
KO at 68 degrees. Allow to free rise to 70.
Add 1 box of aseptic pear puree to FV.
Cut sparge at least 11.5bbls. Fill with h20 up to 12bbls
Messed up numbers on batch 1. Got 14.3 plato. for 5.9%. Could be different in future.
Only used southern sublime. Meant to use some southern star at some point.
