Added a few pellets of hops every 30 seconds during each stage. (E.g. at start of boil was putting Columbus hops in ever 30-60 seconds for first 15-20 minutes of boil. Then did same for next 15 minutes with Simcoe...)
After chill poured through a filter to reduce the amount of extra trub and junk.
Also, after boil was down to just under 3.5 qt of water so added .5-1qt right before I pitched yeast.
Used 80% of my 125mls yeast. Originally planned on only using half but..
