This is a juicy orangy lemony refreshing drink. The yeast character provides a subtle phenolic background. The cardamon gives it a peppery spice that gives it a unique flavor profile. It’s light so you can drink a lot of it! I might cut the cardamon back just a little next time, but I want to see how it tastes with a little age on it. It’s just a bit stronge two weeks out.
