Notes

On my first brew I got original sg without needing to add sugar.

For some reason the yeast attuneity was accidentally set to 79% but I achieved 75% which is the highest possible for M20.

Tastes really good and looks really good.

I need to adjust the recipe to correct the 79% yeast mistake.

(On first bottle-1st week. colour could be a bit more orange, might need a bit more hops especially aroma, maybe less protofloc its a bit too clear, bit of a chemical taste maybe its too much sanitizer, could be a bit sweeter, bit better head retention,

but over all very good, carbonation is good, I would say 85% there )
