Notes

Northern Brewer kit that I won in August 2022 at our homebrew club meeting. The grains were 8 ounces of Fieldstone Grain Blend. I am also using the Fermentis Safale WB-06, Dry Wheat Beer Yeast. Optimum Temp: 64.4°- 75.2°F.
