Excellent judge comments. Clear, clean, to style, "complex and easy drinking at the same time". Does it get much better than that as a brewer to hear!?!?! That is what I am constantly chasing!

  • Same recipe with Escarpment Isar won bronze at 2025 MALT competition in Montreal.

    My comments:
    This is a great beer! I brewed it is a "Bock." Truly lovely. I'm a bigger fan of the White labs German Bock yeast.
