adicionar fermaid K 6gr

Serão usados no total 25kg do malte 6RW
( na receita ajustei para 20 para estipular OG / FG e IBU)

começar a fermentação a 18ºC
depois ir subindo 1 grau a partir do 3º dia até chegar em 24ºC

Na RIS foram 36kg malte
( sendo que teve torrado adicionado só no final)

Notes after brassagem da RIS:

82 litros para mostura ( no máximo 85 para até 35kg de malte)
76 litros pré-boil densidade 1080
fervura intensa 90minutos
OG 1098 / 55 litros ( com 200gr lactose )
