Notes

Brew day went OK, forgot to add whirfloc and yeast nutrient though. Topped off with 24 ounces cold water to get just above 3 gallons.
Added 3 grams gypsum and 1.5 grams CaCl to the 3.25 gallons of water that extract was mixed with along with a pinch of campden.

Wort had a nice hoppy flavor
