Shooting for a light, crushable lawnmower beer.

Using Lutra Kveik yeast by Omega Labs and will ferment at ~95F.

Strike volume = 8.5 gallons at 154F to reach mash temp = 150F.

Mash time = 60 minutes

Final vol = 6 gallons
