Notes

This recipe is a simple reworking of my original HAPA, changing the grain bill to an 85/10/5 proportion of the same malts. The hops will be adjusted based on research.
After HAPA II, I decided to replace Citra and Mosaic with El Dorado, and switched all Azacca additions to flameout and dry hopping.
From research, landed on the idea to feature the Azacca hops at 75% of total flavor and aroma. Citra and Mosaic each make up 12.5% in support. Additions at 15, 5 and flameout for 20 minute hop stand. Dry hopping 4 days prior to bottling.
