Notes

Boil and complete recipe as noted. When fermentation has 'stalled' or gone about 7-9 days, add pasteurized raspberries (cooked to 170 and held for 5-10 minutes; allow to cool) to secondary. Allow raspberries to sit in secondary for 7 days (one week).

In theory, should produce a fuller-bodied ale with a 'smoothie' mouthfeel to it.

Very good. Raspberry was very nice, head was pillowy and stayed for awhile. Good lacing in the glass, slight haze was appealing. Used a floating dip tube with a mesh screen at the end in keg.
