Notes

OG predicted as 1.045 but it was actually 1.051, Not sure why except maybe because the default efficiency was 70%. The predicted OG matches the actual if I change efficiency to79%.

1.014 after 6 days, raised temp to 23C, 1.009 on day 9. It's drinkable at 23C, quite bitter at the back of the throat.

A couple of weeks on and any harsh bitterness has gone as has most of the beer.
