Notes

8gln boil pot - fill to 5gln for mash
Mash at 152degrees for 60 min
Add LME after rinsing grain bag
should raise water level to at least 6gln
Bring to boil
add hops (see schedule) & whirlflock tablets
should boil down to 4gln
use immersion chiller to drop to 80degrees
add cold water up to 8gln - chill to 72degrees
strain/filter 4gln volume at a time to each carboy with 1gln of room temp water already in each carboy to equal 5gln final
measure gravity
pitch yeast into carboy after 5gln fill
cap with airlock and shake carboy/roll slightly
wrap with towel and sit for 5 days, test gravity
