used reiterated mash technique as the 8KG grain bill is a bit much for my 30 L AIO
Did an initial 4KG mash in 29L and sparged with 2
then emptied the grain and mashed again into the same wort with the remaining 3.7KG and sparged to get up to 25L pre-boil
