75 minute boil

recirculated mash....seems to work best with this unit
mash 150 90 minutes....170 10 minutes
7.75 collected probably too much sparge...oh well

Using Digiboil/mash 7 quarts before water touches grain
added extra lb of fermentables to mix for extra water

original recipe called for 1.75 oz on the hops but went with 2.5 oz because hops were a little old (in the freezer though)

57 degree primary 7-8 days
24hr rest room temp
40 degree secondary a month or so
