Tap water, tastes good and I don't have to worry about adding salts, makes good beers. Though I'm planning to get a report about the spesifics so I can start adjusting water sometime during next year to make even better beer.

Notes

First attempt at Belgian triple, ended up with a bit dryer finish at 1,002, so abv being 9,1% with the final product. Nice colour and taste with some alcohol esters, clove-like and mild spice notes,
