Made starter with London Fog and 2 cans of starter and 2 cans water. Put in fridge at 71

Mash is quite thick but looks good.

12:35 raised temp to mash out
12:40 temp @ 175 - raised basket

1:45 came to boil
Added salts
Collect just shy of 6.5G @ 1.062

2:10 added 0.25oz citra
2:30 added 0.25 citra
2:45 cooled to 185 and added 5.5 oz citra
3:20 began cooling and transferring

Pitched full starter
Collected 5.5G @ 1.060

10/31 added 5oz citra
11/4 added 5oz citra + 2oz citra lupomax
11/8 FG = 1.011 = 6.43% ABV
Set temp to 32
for cold crash
