Notes

NOTE!!!! In 2022 and 2023, we didn't finish near as low as Brewer's Friend thinks (1.010). We finished at 1.014 and 1.017. We need to pitch a ton of healthy yeast and change the recipe to have a higher percentage of base malt and lower specialty. Also a higher starting gravity wouldn't hurt.

for this one:
6x3.0 (so 30 IBUs) x 4.25 barrels
