Accidentally did BIAB for 16 mins at77c - should have been 10mins
Slight bag squeeze
Pre-boil vol 24L
Using full whirlfloc tab this time, at 5mins not 10
Post boil vol unknown but FZ vol was 19L. Added 1,5L total vol 20.5L.
Pitched at 22c, 5pm Weds 20th Oct
OG 1.065 - spot on
Ferment kicked in by 11pm 20th Oct. Was perhaps 24c or 25c initially.
Expected 7 day ferment and plan to dry hop 27th Oct but actual 5 day ferment and dry hopped through top after depressuring Mon 25th Oct as psi had stopped.
Crash chilled 29th Oct, PSI at 28, kegged Sat 30th Oct.
FG uncorrected - 1.028
Amber colour, not too intensely hopped, needs some time. Kegged 30th Oct.
ABV: c7.44- 7.6% so call it 7.5%
