Notes

Malt forward but definitely not sweet.
Gold honey color.
Very carbonated with thick persistent white head.
Not a lot of bitterness, enough to cut the sweetness.
Good drinking beer in hot weather.
Definitely use the WLP009 and not the dry Coopers yeast. I've tried both and there is a difference.
