Amber balanced profile. 2.8 grams of calcium chloride. 2.7ml lactic acid (1.8 to mash, 0.9ml to sparge water).

Set brewzilla to 159f for mash.

OG of 1.038. 5 gallon mash 2.75 gallon sparge was perfect, but I used closer to 8 gallons of water by accident.
