Nytt opplegg med pH-justering: Fosforsyre i mesk + skyllevann, samt melkesyre i kok for å holde pH lav nok etter tørrhumling.

Whirlpool/hop stand: 300 g humle inkl. 32 g Cryo ==> 322 g.
Bland all humlen, og tilsett i 3 steg:
95 C i 5 min.
85 C i 10 min.
75 C i 15 min.

Tørrhumling: 250 g.
