Notes

"I Am C-3PA, Malt/Hops/Yeast Relations." This Pale Ale [PA] is hopped with the three C-hops [C-3]: Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus, giving it the moniker Three C's Pale Ale [C-3PA]. This crisp pale pours a golden hue reminiscent of C-3PO's shiny golden parts, but within is a more intricate web of aromas and flavors. It starts off with a malty front but rounds our the pallet with an intricate addition of spice from the rye. The hops add floral and resin with some citrus tones. Best enjoyed with an astromech droid.
