Krispy yeast repitch killed this mofo. Crisp. clean. dry. Vienna malt just came through just nice on the palate. Very much a lager-like (pseudo lager) finished product in a fraction of the time. Kept the yeast in the bucket with a clean lid and I'm gonna pitch another identical batch of wort - Lord willin' - forthwith. Love getting several batches of good-ass beer from a single pitch. God I love brewin' in the home. It's finished brews like this one that don't last long, and hit it out of the park come sauna time. You Finns know what I mean.
