Brew Date - 6/7/21

Opps, a few mistakes with this one. First, I had a boil over right after I added the first hops. I probably lost much of the hops in the process. Second, I forgot to take an uninoculated sample so I'm not sure of the OG. I glanced at it and it was around 1.080. I'm gonna call it 1.076

UPDATE - 6/23/21 - Racked into glass. SG 1.012

UPDATE - 8/4/21 - Racked into keg after two weeks @ 50 degrees. FG was 1.008, which is 84% attenuation. Does anyone else get attenuations this high? Am I catching wild yeast?

Force carbonated will be ready in three days.
