I enjoyed this beer. Original gravity was 1.056 and final gravity ended at 1.012. This resulted in an ABV closer to 5.5%. My next brew session will involve changing the water chemistry and avoid decoction steps. I believe the melanoidin malt would be sufficient enough for color and flavor contributions.
