Notes
This recipe is based on the Little Barnabas traditional bock recipe in the Brewing Classic Styles text. The base malt was bumped up slightly to get the OG in the doppelbock range, and the specialty grain amounts were also adjusted up to maintain approximately the same grain proportions as the base recipe.
