Notes
1) Strike in with 4.0 gallons @ 123 F. Mashing at 115 for 20 minutes.
2) After 20 minutes, add 2.0 gallons of boiling water to mash to raise temperature to 148 F and mash for another 60 minutes.
3) Mash out with however much water needed to make 7.0 gallons or 1.041 pre-boil gravity.
