7 days primary fermentation.
Roasted peppers and skinned and removed seeds. Sliced and sanitized in an oven at 200 deg F for 10-15 minutes.
Put into a grain sock and “dry hopped” in secondary for 4 days. Kegged.

Tasted like liquid nachos! Definite pepper aroma and the heat comes after a swallow.
