Notes

Steep Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal at 150 - 160 degrees in 1.5 gal water for 30 minutes.

Bring water to boil, and add all primary ferment-able sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.

Add hops, finings and other ingredients according to schedule.

Chill wort until appropriate temperature approximately 68 degrees, to pitch yeast.

Dry hop after racking to secondary.
