Notes

Kind of an experimental beer, never brewed a beer utilizing Saaz like this. We have a ton of Saaz Zuper just sitting in a bag, some spare 2 row/maris/wheat/cryst 60 so we decided to try it. Going to do a direct pitch of US-05 from another beer that has just hit FG, pre-dry hop.

We use RO water. The mineral additions are targeting somewhat of a West Coast IPA profile.
