Notes

2023 brew-Really good beer. A touch too much spice from rye. Reduced the rye addition from 12oz to 6oz. - dropped mash temp from 155 to 154 to get a bit dryer from .014fg to .012/13. water adjustment slightly malty to more balanced. minor adjustments to get 1.050 & 4.9%.
2024 brew-this was really good. making a slight drop in carafa3 for color and slight drop in chocolate rye-just for my personal taste from 4 to 3oz.
