Notes

Alt Bier III-- This recipe from DSB Alt II-- I tweaked the grain bill to raise OG as my equipment efficiency is less than predicted. Target is OG of 1.064-1.065

Also going with East Kent Golding in the aroma at 10 min and again at flame out. Not quite true to style guidelines. Not trying to match them, but hit a flavor that is super summer drinkable.
