Notes

Attempt to create repeatable recipe for an easy drinking beverage using fairly new world hops with some focus on cost.

Change Log - Lessons Learned
--------------------------------------------
v1 - change to no sparge; use small batch adapter; reduce galaxy back from 37 to 30 gram amounts (was getting rid of bag); change mosaic to ekuanot hot and azacca + 15g dry due to stock; reduce pale -1 and add wheat +1; reduce dry hop citra by 15g

Change Log - Tasting Notes
----------------------------------------
v1 - good mouthfeel; juicy flavor and aroma; orange juice/citrus type taste; bittering on target; very crushable
