| Notes: I have really enjoyed this brew. It is based loosely on a ghost ship clone. I used a kveik yeast and altered a couple of grains based on what I could actually get. I am pleased with the results and would be happy to pay to get this on draught or bottle. I cannot say if it’s near to the taste of ghost ship as I can’t get it in central france…? |

I had a collection of sample malts that I wanted to use up and this was the beer to use them. It turned out to be a very good beer. Unfortunately, I'll probably never have this collection of malts to brew it again.

29 Sept 2015 - This is a really nice pumpkin ale. Will reduce the 1 heaping Tbsp pumpkin pie spice to 1 Tbsp. for next brew. I think I will also add more pumpkin, probably half again as much. |
