Notes
  1. Treat 7 gallons of water with half a camden tablet.
  2. Add Grain Bill to Mash Tun
  3. Strike mash with 3.5 gallons of 168 deg water. Mash 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Vorlauf.
  5. Add 3.5 gallons 175 deg water to sparge.
  6. Bring mash to Boil, after 15 minutes add 1oz of Hallertauer hops, and boil for 45 minutes.
  7. Transfer to fermenter and chill below 72 deg.
  8. Aerate and add yeast nutrient, stir.
  9. Pitch Yeast.
  10. Keg it. Set the c02 to 5psi, wait a week or two, pull off a couple junky pints to dump down the sink. Enjoy a pint yourself.
