5 gal RO H2O in MASH and BOIL, use pump and circulate for 90 minutes, approximate strike temp 150.For 45 minutes and raise to 154.F.
Sparge with 2 Gallons of filtered tap H2O at close to boil.
7 Gal , add Saaz

Rack to 6.5 Gal PET Big Mouth Bubbler
Pitched yeast and left outside overnight, approximately 55.F outside.
Put in basement and set at 60.F on Brewjacket immersion pro.

A little sweet but really nice flavor
05/10/20 Racked to Corny keg and force carb in Kegarator.
05/17/20 Nice balance of malt, sweet, slightly hop bitterness with a little break/biscuit/cracker undertone.
