Stirred and aerated every 12 hours for 4 days



Rack at 3 weeks
Secondary - add Sache and Blood Orange
At 5 weeks add Potassium Sorbate & Back Sweeten with 1/2 lb honey and 1/2 lb maltodextrin
At 6 weeks Bottle
