Made 10 gallon batch.
First 5 gal added cold brew coffee (medium roast) at time of bottling using 5% of volume.
Second 5 gal steeped 1/2oz coffee beans per gallon of the same medium roast coffee. This was done for 24 hrs before bottling.
Both turned out with a smooth blend. Cold brew seemed to retain more of coffee flavor throughout drinking a bottle. The steeped beans had a stronger coffee flavor at the beginning, but more of the beer flavor throughout.
