Notes

Please note: this recipe requires White Labs Ultra-Ferm. Due to this enzyme, the original gravity will be higher and the final gravity will be lower than typical.

  • Add Ultra-Ferm at the beginning of the mash. Mash full-volume at 148 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • Boil for 20 minutes. Please note there are no boil hops.
  • Add whirlpool hops and dry hops as described above.
  • After fermentation is complete, keg to 3.0-3.5 volumes of CO2.
