Notes

Added 1/2 tsp of Amylase to get the FG lower. Looking for a very dry IPA. Should be more bitter than the standard Brut IPA definition, but I think it will be ok. FG came in at 1.004. Mouth feel was thinner than I actually liked. Aroma is outstanding. Beer is easy to drink, would leave out the enzyme next time.
