Notes

Brewed - 5/4/2019
PB - 6.8 gallons 1.038
OG - 5.5 gallons 1.045
FG - 5 gallons into keg 1.000 WTF
ABV: 5.91%

I won a 55 lb bag of 2 row in the COTU wort share competition. When I made this beer my scale broke so I had to use the scale from our bathroom. It was a bit challenging and inaccurate which I believe was the cause for the low OG.

5/19/2019 - added dry hops
5/26/2019 - began dropping temp to 34 for cold crash
5/29/2019 - kegged and force carb in kegerator
