Notes

2nd try at Jeremiah Red. First was a bit hoppy and lacked flavor complexity so swapped in some special b and added candi syrup for more dark fruit flavor.

Upped the mash temp for body. Staged the hops a bit to lessen hoppiness. Feels good for now.
