Notes

Make sure you have good quality cinnamon - try your local spice shop, etc.

I soaked the cinnamon sticks in a little bit of Glenlivet 15 whisky to get rid of any bacteria and then poured everything into secondary - this supported the apple-toffee-cinnamon flavor

Excellent result, 10/10 would brew again
