Notes

The Belgian candy sugar and the wlp530 yeast is the kicker here. Without it you have around 5.5% abv. True Belgian Tripel. I lived in Germany for 3.5 years and missed this ale. Chimay is the closest. I just used regular filtered water from a commercial distributor as El Paso’s water is questionable.
