BIAB - Temperature stabilized at 152 for about 5 to 10 minutes dropped to 150 after lid was closed and lnsulated... bottomed out at 147 after about 40 minutes. Stirred well and no starch detected in 3 tests. Bag was lifted and boiling started. |

Notes
From the brewer: 85% 2 row, 10% Munich malt and 5% carapils. It’s about 6.5% abv. Then a 60 minute addition of magnum hops for a bitterness contribution of 20 Ibus and a hallertau addition at 15 minutes for 5 ibus. Yeast was German lager yeast and we saw an attenuation of about 85%.
