Notes

I tried simplifying the recipe by deleting the Blackprinz and doubling the Midnight Wheat, but it just wasn't as interesting that way. I also complicated it by using both 60L and 120L crystal malts, which worked out pretty well even though that's an overly-complex malt bill. Overall I like this version best.
