Notes

Make a 1L starter. Heat water to 160 and steep grains for 30 min. Add extract bring, wort to boil. Add hops at scheduled intervals. Chill to 64 aerate and add yeast. 64 degrees first day. raise one degree a day until it reaches 72. Leave at 72 for an additional 7 days. Cold crash for 3 days and keg.
